Elon said D.O.G.E. came up short – way short – of the trillion bucks they were seeking.
That’s no loss; the work Elon and the boys did was needed to open citizens’ eyes to the most egregious fraud schemes in the history of government.
The dollar amount is not the win – the big win is the realization of how politicos – allowed a looting of the American taxpayer – for generations.
What the hell is Congress there for?
Why do we have inspectors general at all if this kind of stuff can happen – more credit cards than employees!
This was the organized, long term plundering by government officials – operating in plain sight – which anyone could have found – but nobody wanted to take a peek.
Bernie Madoff or Charles Ponzi himself never attempted to steal as brazenly as the Institute for Peace or other orgs who deleted files while Elon’s guys knocked at their front door.
The question remains – so how bad is it?
We are here with evidence, parallel evidence, showing the “trillion dollars in fraud, waste and abuse” is closer to the trillion than it is to the $200 billion D.O.G.E. found.
Why didn’t Elon’s guys find the trillion?
First, they are using 1980s technology, which in their hands is pretty good but it misses the overwhelming amount of fraud because it cannot perform real time cross database reconciliation.
That means comparing identity information across multiple databases in real time. Elon admitted this when he said government databases don’t talk to each other.
We can prove that because the fraud we found in voter rolls alone – was never found by Elon’s D.O.G.E. guys who showed up last month in Wisconsin and were stymied by the complexity of voter data.
Second, fraud is a constant.
Fraud by rent seekers, bureaucrats, is like a liquid force against a stone wall.
It is constant, the pressure moves to where it finds an exit, and eventually it always seeps, then flows through. The fraud is a constant force – while how it’s found needs to adapt in real time to changing circumstances.
If the force is real time and constant, the solution needs to be as well – and Elon’s guys are nothing close to real time because they do not have real time tools.
We can prove that bigly in the no bid, $30 million contract Elon gave to Palantir to use completely obsolete 1980s technology to “build the world’s largest API connecting government systems.”
The term API is 1980s and shows the complete misunderstanding from Elon’s guys of what real time data integration offers – something they cannot do as we learned this month in Wisconsin where they could not find the most rudimentary voter roll fraud we have been publishing for 3 years.
What is an API?
It means application program interface.
For you non-techies, an API is how you take an obsolete billing system and send data back and forth from that system to a product system – and nobody would ever do that if they could merge the different databases, at the cell level, reducing the computer power requirements by 95% while increasing speeds 1,000x.
Such a data merge – as opposed to an API – allows any cell to be compared with any other cell, instantly – finding every program in the entire federal system where Phineas Marlboro at 398 Elmont Street (which is an empty lot) scammed you, the taxpayer.
You will instantly see Phineas screwed the government – using slightly modified names – in a dozen programs. Instantly means less than a couple of seconds.
Elon cannot do that!
The D.O.G.E. guys use API technology – a 1980s relic because it is all they know.
This isn’t conjecture, we have a head-to-head comparison.
We run the voter rolls for 20 something states – a task we did, pro-bono, for 3 years after Sheriff Clarke of Milwaukee brought us in to check out those Wisconsin voter rolls.
Wisconsin had an April supreme court election and the statistics guys saw their red flags go up the night of the election – almost nothing lined up as it should.
Statistics guys do not find fraud; they provide indicators that something is out of whack and what is needed is a deep data analysis.
We received a bunch of calls from election types in Wisconsin saying D.O.G.E. and Homeland Security were digging into those records, those same guys who are on Fox News talking about all the fraud they found – and that the election would likely be challenged.
We stepped aside and quietly watched. And watched.
Then the calls started coming in – could we run our Fractal analysis on the Wisconsin data because the D.O.G.E. guys were stymied?
We sent an email saying we were a bit busy with corporate clients but the way to PROVE the election was stolen was to use the following formula:
Take different copies of the Wisconsin voter database, on different dates, over 6 years, compare them for temporal changes. That means taking the about 7.5 million records, across a dozen different dates, and compare every cell in each one of the 7.5 million record snapshot with the identical cell in each subsequent voter roll.
Ingest the property tax records for the large metro areas and cross search every cast ballot address against the corresponding property tax records – thus finding – prima facie – proof of people who cast a mail-in ballot yet could not possibly have received a mail-in ballot.
Ingest the NCOA change of address database against the cast ballot database and build your Undeliverable Ballot Database. Run that against the cast ballots. Thus you ID the thousands of voters who cast a ballot in Wisconsin in April – but they moved to Vermont or another 48 other states months earlier.
They, of course did NOT cast a ballot – but a ballot was cast in their names.
Create an A.I. address analysis system and check every cast ballot address against the proper delivery addresses and determine if a ballot could have been sent to that voter in the first place.
One would quickly find thousands of addresses which cannot get even junk mail yet did get a mail-in ballot and voted it. Again, they never cast a ballot, but one was cast in their name.
Run a temporal analysis of all the data across multiple years and determine temporal fraud. That means finding the 10,000 people who vote from a college for over 7 years, or the thousands voting from hotels, RV Parks, etc. for decades – who have long since moved.
These people did not cast a ballot either yet one was cast in their name.
Since time is short, ingest all of these and run them in a day or two and you will find enough anomalies to make your case.
We, of course, can do this and we do it for over a dozen states – in real time.
You can see our work on Rumble.com – just type in Omega4America and read away.
You may have noticed no smoke is rising from the D.O.G.E. guys in Wisconsin – because we learned quickly they could not find anything meaningful in the state’s data – thus that election stands – unchallenged.
This is not a criticism of the D.O.G.E. guys.
The reason they found so much bad stuff in the federal systems is BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY GUYS EVER ALLOWED TO SEE THE DATA.
Read that again!
D.O.G.E. found egregious fraud not because they have any particular insight or wizardry.
Wisconsin proves they do not.
API level technology proves they use the same obsolete technology that needs massive data centers at the very time we are running out of electric power.
The D.O.G.E. guys are the only ones allowed to see the government data – thus they found the easy stuff – but as Wisconsin proves, they cannot see the huge anomalies below the surface.
Who can?
You can.
Citizens.
We learned a valuable lesson in 2021 when we started working with Sheriff Clarke.
We have deep backgrounds in fraud fighting analysis – we built the eBay fraud engine, the matching technology for the TSA No-Fly List, the fraud systems for 70% of the auto insurance industry.
We know good fraud investigators when we see them and the citizen-led voter fraud groups in many states are top notch.
Of course, you have the national voter fraud organizations who are fraudulent themselves – grifters at scale led by troubled, middle-aged women seeking recognition.
They file lawsuits that go nowhere and raise money from their “6,000 volunteers.”
They appear on afternoon Zoom calls almost nobody listens to complaining about cleaning voter rolls.
Their work is repudiated publicly, as was done in the Wall Street Journal in a national apology for printing their crap and getting sued because they could not back up their data.
They lose lawsuit after lawsuit – Arizona comes to mind.
When we pointed out the fraud from one of the national voter integrity orgs – which missed about 90% of the issues in state voter rolls – we were banned from American Thinker – so they could make room to print bullshit about “algorithms.”
There are citizen groups in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, California, Nevada, Georgia and many other states whose analytical skills are professional-grade.
And they are relentless!
Cross searching the Social Security System database, with the known address database, the property tax data for every state against the Medicaid database and the DMV database in every state in real time would take you far toward finding Elon’s lost trillion dollars.
Elon cannot do it – he can maybe get to Mars but he cannot load those databases, in 45 days, without a data center – we can.
Here come the emails. You are making the private info of all Americans public! Terrible idea!
That’s because you, like Elon, accept 1980s data tech limitations.
We love Elon, he is a North Star to tech guys but he does not know squat about professional fraud analysis nor about I/O optimization and what it can do.
While Elon is building massive data centers for his A.I., our growing list of partners is showing the way to deliver A.I. without any data center.
Follow us on FractalComputing.Substack.com for more on that.
What if we only make addresses visible?
No names attached to them – only symbols?
Citizens can check every location in every government program against this massive database of addresses and they would find within the first 40 minutes of the first day:
Millions of dollars in grants, Social Security payments, Payroll Protection Program money going to a UPS box, empty lot, abandoned coffee shop or gas station.
They would find government money going to people over 200 years old – in EVERY program, not just Social Security.
Citizens would find 60 people living in a one bedroom, 1 bath house in Toledo getting government checks. They could not see who the people were, just the number of people – which ought to raise an alarm. Then multiply this by tens of thousands.
Oh, here’s one!
Citizens would identify medical providers billing for the same service for the same entity (the entity is a symbol so they would not know who) finding the person getting three hysterectomies or two prostate removals.
They would search Medicaid providers finding the same provider slightly changing their name or address and billing for the same services multiple times.
All of this is possible today.
We do it, within voter roll context – for over 20 state voter rolls.
Finally some entities in the government space are asking us to show them how to do it. At last!
The citizen-led side isn’t happening but the Fractal data integration side is beginning.
In a chat last week, with the former CIO of one of the largest federal agencies, we showed him how we could take the entire Social Security System, the entire national Medicaid system, and a dozen other major government databases – and merge them into a single database, in 30 – 45 days, for a pittance, and it would run circles around the $30 million, no bid payoff Elon gave Palantir.
We would probably give the government back $25 million of that $30 million paid to Palantir – in their no bid contract.
We know government data.
We have proven, in state after state, 8% to over 20% of their current voter roll data is anomalous – some fraudulent, some fat fingering a date so the voter is older than Emperor Hadrian (Mississippi).
We have come into state after state – after the national voter integrity orgs did all their data analysis – the Secretary of State says he or she has “pristine voter rolls” and we find 30x what they missed.
Using Fractal technology, we find data anomalies invisible to all current technology – not a few, not thousands, but enough to demonstrate that today, in any state, there are enough anomalous voter identities to turn a statewide election.
