One of the most widely documented, least understood aspects of election interference, by NGOs, elected officials and politicos is mail-in ballots, sent to legitimate people, at legitimate addresses – which are ineligible.
Mail-in ballots to ineligible addresses is currently how elections are manipulated.
The second misunderstanding is election interference comes from the intersection of NGOs, illegal contributions and voter roll ADDRESS pollution – all three must be tracked, reported and connected simultaneously.
Current election interference analyses focuses only on getting voters off voter rolls – with no understanding of how ineligible addresses work, how NGOs are funded to interfere in elections and how contributions can be manufactured.
The reason for these misunderstandings is voter integrity organizations.
After the 2020 steal, there arose scores of voter integrity orgs in every state.
Some were ambitious setting out to build a national constituency.
Others were a few old ladies around a coffee table in Georgia – parsing voter rolls, while their hubbies ran Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in the basement.
Some groups, like North Carolina and Virginia, fought among themselves to see who would get the credit for finding 3 dead guys who voted in an obscure election.
Universally, they found gold.
Voter anomalies were everywhere they dug – and by 2022, ambitious they could be the next James O’Keefe, many organized into tribes.
Some tribes met on Monday night Zoom calls.
Others met on mid-week Zoom calls, with an old guy selling hats and T-shirts.
The notes of these calls are out there for all to see – in some cases videos – and if there is any certain outcome it is the participants sound crazy – at least they do to those not imbued with election roll fever.
The second certain outcome is – and we are quoting the notes published by the largest of the tribes – “they are getting zero traction in any state” – after 4 years of work.
One nutcase built a drone to hover over polling places to determine if there might be an internet connection. Maybe his 12 year kid could tell him any iPhone does that for free – without freaking out the neighborhood Ukrainians.
For the 2024 election, in several states one of the national groups – led by a troubled, single, middle aged woman seeking recognition – “with 6,000 volunteers” started dropping lawsuits on state after state.
Interesting, yet not reported, she and her national team dropped pretty much the same lawsuit, across different states – not one prevailed.
On they go – doubling down with seminars, meetings, Zoom calls and of course, fund raising.
These voter orgs are always chasing voters, not addresses, not NGOs, not contributions from European billionaires.
Legislators and normals ignore these groups and their funding needs while participation is drying up.
There is a way to make big money in the voter integrity space, but you need to be tied to the RNC to get big bucks, and you better not focus on cleaning voter rolls – focus on things that demonstrably do not work – like training 200,000 poll watchers to idly watch ineligible mail-in ballots take out 4 senate seats.
After 4 years, hundreds of voter integrity organizations – burning tens of thousands of hours on Zoom calls, 3 minute speeches at the County Commissioner’s meetings, publishing papers on algorithms, what is the outcome?
Little to nothing has changed.
Omega4America runs the voter rolls for over 2 dozen states, and we report with certainty, backed by videos and demonstrations of live, current voter rolls, compared with property tax records – the voter rolls are anomalous from 10% to over 20% in any state.
Elections are won by 1% or 2% – yet voter rolls are ten to twenty times that anomalous.
Just like they were in 2020.
We at Omega4America get calls from legislators – very few Secretaries of State – and they mostly find election integrity toxic, want nothing to do with it, because the crazies took over the ship.
The fatal question is: are you working with Mike Lindell? If you are, they hang up.
So how do we change it?
A critical realization is most election interference (we don’t call it fraud) comes from legitimate mail-in ballots, sent to legitimate voters, at legitimate addresses – which are ineligible to receive a ballot.

Our focus at Omega4America wasn’t always on addresses.
We started at the same place the voter integrity orgs start – chasing phantoms.
We did it a whole lot faster, using quantum-speed tech, building the largest election database in history with almost 3 billion records – but we too started with voters.
We run the only complete copy of the Federal Election Commission database other than at the FEC 680,000,000 real time records.
We track every NGO, show its connections to every other NGO – using quantum-speed tech to do it.
The obstacle the national voter integrity orgs encountered is you cannot get a voter off the voter roll – or better said, it’s so hard, time consuming and the blowback from the political class is so nasty, it isn’t worth it.
We learned pretty fast.
Some groups run lawsuits and claim to get a gazillion people off the voter roll – yeah, we get that, but we did some analysis on that story.
Check the recent voter history of those mass voter roll purges and you quickly find they haven’t voted in years, if ever. Those reductions are voter cleanup theater – and they amount to zip as far as interference.
Think Texas, California and Arizona.
We were tasked in Wisconsin with finding how to identify interference.
While we started with voters, we quickly found – or the Wisconsin team found for us – the address, not the voter is the key.
Here’s why.
Addresses do not have hippie lawyers, in ghetto store fronts, suing if you send a voter a postcard to see if it’s deliverable.
Addresses have no civil rights, no lobbyists, no NGOs fighting for their interests.
Addresses don’t move around – they pretty much stay where they are.
Addresses are audited by a government agency every month or two – the results published – free – for all to see.
One such agency is the county property tax assessor.
Build that lean-to against your garage to keep the boat out of the snow – you get a tax bill. Submit a building permit, you enter data into a public county government system – which Omega tracks.
Because we have advanced, quantum-speed technology, we compare property tax rolls with voter rolls and WHAT DO WE FIND?
599 Corison Street has 12 registered voters.
That’s all the voter rolls tell us.
That’s all the Secretary of State knows – that’s all the voter integrity org can see.
The property tax roll shows the address to be an abandoned coffee shop, in an equally abandoned strip mall, about to be torn down – via the building permit database – which we track.
In 2022- 2024 we created scores of videos proving there were hundreds of thousands of addresses – set to receive a mail-in ballot, which were ineligible.
We even published the list – 250,000 in Wisconsin, another 250,000 in Michigan, another 250,000 in Nevada, Arizona, Georgia. Over a million in Pennsylvania.
They weren’t all exactly 250K but they were in the ballpark.
Nobody did anything about it.
We can now say, with certainty, 4 U.S. Senate seats were lost in 2024 from mail-in ballots, to ineligible locations (which we published BEFORE the election) – and if you want proof, just compare the cast ballot roll with the NCOA change of address list – and the property tax roll and out they pop.
We know because we did it for a couple of states and the outcomes are quite clear.
How do we fix this problem?
Americans now understand the national and state voter integrity orgs are hopelessly conflicted.
100% of all voter integrity orgs are chasing voters – who will not be taken off rolls any time soon. Not one organization can cross search addresses with the property tax rolls.
These organizations lack the technology or expertise to determine address eligibility – they are obsolete.
This industry-wide corruption originates from lack of technology – or better said, reliance on 1980s relational database tech.
The result is every voter integrity org chases phantoms – who will not be taken off voter rolls any time soon – and they know it, but they flail to get money from very dumb women, married to wealthy guys, in Jackson Hole.
They are corrupted by the search for money and recognition – and their ties to 1980s technology locks them into a voter-only analysis.
Because they cannot do more – technologically – than parse a voter roll, their voter roll anomalies remain people centric.
Their only strategy is to sue to get PEOPLE – who have lawyers and civil rights – OFF THE ROLLS.
That is the nub of why they fail.
Nobody, and we mean absolutely nobody is going to build a constituency to get real people off of voter rolls.
You sue to get 100 voters off a voter roll – you win, and just one guy turns out to be a legit voter and you are toast!
Every major news site eats you alive – no politico will touch you!
We proved for 3 years if you compare property tax rolls with voter rolls you find anomalies missed by every Secretary of State, every voter integrity org for a decade.
Yet today, not one Secretary of State, not one voter organization reconciles voter rolls with property tax rolls.
Not one.
So we at Omega4America have a point of view and we decided to take it to those who are not crazy and want clean, safe, honest elections.
